More room for activities…
When I began the journey, I was in a single car garage with tools that had been dormant under a ton of horded garage items and covered in a thick layer of spider eggs and dust. As the tools began to be upgraded out of necessity, so came the necessity of adding additional space to work in. We did a lot of shopping around online looking for the right company to build our new workshop. We settled on R&B Metal Structures out of Mt Juliet. If you are in the market for a workshop or garage, we highly recommend them. For the concrete we ended up going with Expert Concrete out of Clarksville and they were fantastic as well. Through the course of this 9 month build (from concept to boots in the shop) the shop became more and more cramped with all the tools and the projects we had ongoing. The building was completed January of 2021 but it wasn’t until early 2022 that I actually finished insulating and putting up interior walls. Sheesh that was a lot of work. Looks like there would people you could hire for that. Here it is July 2022 and while its insulated and looks good inside, its hot as heck in there.
